Weeks 02–04 · Architect
Market sizing, MVP scope, technical architecture, the first business model — reviewed and torn apart by industry mentors before a single line of production code.
Weeks 05–10 · Ship
Agile sprints, real users testing, bi-weekly mentor reviews. By Week 10 you have a working product with traction — not a slide deck with promises.
Weeks 11–12 · Pitch
Pitch coaching. Investor-ready deck, financials, 12-month roadmap. Top 10 teams demo to a real jury at the Bengaluru Conclave.
